As I write, winter is still with us. It's been cold and snowy— the fifth snowiest December in history here in Minnesota. The kids love it; plenty of snowy hills to sled down, plenty of snow to build snowmen—big snowmen. And don't forget the snow angels. But then there is the driving, and there isn't. Snowplows have had a tough time moving all of the snow and the idea of staying inside, drinking coffee, and curling up with a good book, sounds so savory and satisfying.
