James N. Cricket is a pen name the author uses. He is retired, married for a very long time to the same wife, the love of his life. He graduated from a Big Ten university, served in the US Army, and worked for a major corporation prior to entering the traveling and writing phase of his life. He loves to write and looks to write compelling evocative stories which captivate and motivate the reader. The villains are hateful, there are plenty of bombs waiting to rock the reader, with plenty of controversial issues sprinkled in, tears are jerked, and generally the reader is shaken around like a rag doll, by intention. He generally writes characters with their share of flaws. We live in a world of imperfect people so that is who he writes about.
