Ellen Margret Interview

Writing gives me a great deal of pleasure. I love using my imagination to conjure up wonderful heroes and heroines, and their adventures take place in a variety of times stretching all the way from the Mediaeval to the present. I've written about knights and highwaymen and pirates and enjoyed every minute of it. I also love to write about the paranormal and there is nothing better than letting my imagination fly off into the realms of the faeries!

I live in England and have a river at the bottom of our garden. Swans are regular visitors and it's great to see them with their cygnets.

Apart from writing I like gardening. There is something very fulfilling about planting seeds and then, a few months later, reaping the crop. I grew some amazing carrots this year. I had a pretty good display of flowers too. We had a good summer but this winter is quite severe. As I write this there is a covering of snow on the ground and probably more to come. Ah, well, nothing else to do save sit at the computer and write those romances!
